Paul Vickery - CEO / CoFounder
Paul with the senior management team overseas all aspects of the business, including operations, sales, IT, finance, and compliance. Paul has been involved at senior levels in the cold storage and logistics industry for over 30 years, with experience in North America, Europe, and Australasia providing a depth of knowledge covering all aspects of the sector.
Paul us a faculty member of the GCCA InstitutePaul is a qualified Chartered Accountant in both the UK and Canada.
Joel George - Operation Support Manager
Joel manages the Accounting and Back Office functions of the Group
Joel has a Bachelor of Commerce from CMR Institute of Management Studies in Bangalore and a Graduate Diploma in Professional Accounting from the Eastern Institute of Technology in the Hawkes Bay
Joel has a background working in Finance and logistics.
Steve Miller – GM of Engineering
Over 30 years of Engineering experience, Steve has held a number of successful senior roles within the Refrigeration and Cold Storage industry.
Engineering qualified, the depth of Steve’s technical skill and experience are well respected in the HVAC&R industry.
He brings a rich and diverse expertise to First Cold, and gives the management team the experience needed to complete engineering projects on time and on budget.
